Today, the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) published a new poster highlighting 10 steps employers should take to reduce exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. The poster is available in English and Spanish. The poster can be found on the Department of Labor’s website at https://www.dol.gov/newsroom/releases/osha/osha20200406. Although not mandated by OSHA, employers should display the poster in conspicuous places where it is visible to all employees.
