Kemp Smith is pleased to announce the election of Sebastian Nunez as a partner in the firm’s Trial department. Sebastian focuses his practice on defending manufactures across different industries in product liability litigation. These include the automotive, industrial equipment and medical device industries involving a wide range of complex claims, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Sebastian has extensive experience first-chairing jury trials to verdict. He has also handled litigation in federal courts and Texas appellate courts.
Sebastian received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio cum laude and is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. Sebastian is a member of the Toyota Counsel in Motion Program and sits on the Board of Directors of Progress 321.
