See our historyFounded in 1866, Kemp Smith is the second oldest law firm in Texas. It is the largest law firm in El Paso and the only El Paso-based firm with offices in Austin.

Jim Curtis and Milton Colia are the only two El Paso lawyers who are Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Colia was also named a Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer.
