Overview

Alysandra E. Martinez, a native El Pasoan is an associate in the firm’s Trial department. She is licensed in Texas and New Mexico, and the majority of her practice focuses on defending premises liability claims for a Fortune 500 company. She has also worked on a variety of insurance defense cases ranging from car accidents to industrial workplace fatalities.

Alysandra received her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso, magna cum laude and is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, magna cum laude. During law school Alysandra received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Elements of Legal Argumentation I & II and Family Law. She served as an editor on the New Mexico Law Review and as a tutor for UNM's legal writing department. Upon graduation she received the Atkinson & Kelsey Award for Excellence in Family Law and a Clinical Honors Award for her work with UNM's Community Lawyering Clinic.
