The Fourth Court of Appeals issued an opinion on February 3, 2010, affirming the trial court's dismissal of Horton and Del Papa's third-party claims against the EAA and remanding the case to the trial court for a determination of the amount of the Authority's reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
