Kemp Smith partner Cezy Collins to serve on Texas Access to Justice Commission
Kemp Smith partner Jeanne "Cezy" Collins was recently appointed by Texas State Bar President Harper Estes to the Texas Access to Justice Commission for a three year term effective June 2008 through June 2011. The Texas Access to Justice Commission was created in 2001 by the Supreme Court of Texas to develop and implement policy initiatives designed to expand access to and enhance the quality of justice in civil legal matters for low-income Texans.
Ms. Collins is a partner in the Kemp Smith’s Litigation Department, focusing on commercial litigation, trademark, and copyright matters. She also serves as President of the National Foundation for Women's Bar Associations and is district 17 director to the State Bar of Texas, representing the westernmost part of the state.
