KS Attorney Receives Presidential Citation from State Bar Pres
Kemp Smith attorney Mark Osborn received a Presidential Citation from State Bar president Harper Estes on June 25, 2009 for his “dedication in the selection of the State Bar of Texas Executive Director ensuring excellence and strategic vision in serving Texas lawyers and the public for years to come.” The citation goes on to read, “Your insight and strategic thinking in this endeavor as well as your vision in the development of State Bar technologies continues to serve Texas lawyers.”
Mr. Osborn, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, served as Chairman of the State Bar’s Executive Director Selection Committee. He is a member of the Litigation, Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Business Litigation, and Appellate Sections of the State Bar of Texas.
