Bruce Hallmark
Areas of Practice
Bruce Hallmark is Of Counsel with the firm's Tax Section. His areas of practice include tax and estate planning. Counting his six years experience with Internal Revenue Service, he has practiced tax law for over 50 years–43 of them in El Paso. His IRS experience includes two years in the Dallas District Director's office, and four years with the Oklahoma City Regional Counsel's Office. In the latter office, he handled Tax Court trial work and also collection litigation. He received B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Hallmark is licensed to practice in Texas, and is also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
