Ken Slavin
Areas of Practice
Ken Slavin is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Slavin's practice areas include civil appellate law, contract and fiduciary litigation, bank litigation, insurance litigation, commercial litigation and construction litigation. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Slavin has handled over 120 civil appellate matters including appeals before the Texas Supreme Court, various Texas courts of appeals, the United State Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, the New Mexico Supreme Court and the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
