Mark Hedrick has practiced law in El Paso since 1979 and is a partner in and Chairman of the firm's Business Department. Mr. Hedrick represents a variety of businesses and individuals, and works primarily in the areas of business transactions, business sales, business entity formation and reorganization, real estate transactions, estate and business planning, and estate administration.

Professional and Civic Involvement
Mr. Hedrick is a member of the State Bar of Texas Business Law Section, and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. He formerly served on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the State Bar of Texas. Locally, he is a member of the El Paso Bar Association and the El Paso Probate Bar Association. Mr. Hedrick has spoken to numerous professional and lay groups, including the State Bar of Texas, on business and estate planning topics and is the author of several papers on those subjects. He has served on the board of directors of The Visiting Nurse Association of El Paso, Hospice of El Paso, the Community Advisory Board of the public television station, KCOS, and as the Chair of the Advisory Board of the El Paso Museum of Art (2000-2004, Chair 2004; 2008-).
