Mitzi T. Shannon

Mitzi Shannon is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. Ms. Shannon’s focus has been on commercial litigation involving construction, contracts, environmental matters, class actions, lender liability matters and government contracting issues. She has participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations as part of alternative dispute resolution, and has represented clients both in state and federal court.

She was recently appointed co-chair for the Commercial and Business Litigation subcommittees Construction and Fiduciary Duty, as part of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Ms. Shannon has formerly served as Chair of the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso, Hospice of El Paso, Inc., and the Child Crisis Center of El Paso.
