Drew Miller is a partner in the firm’s Austin office where he practices environmental, water and regulatory law and serves as the chair for the firm's environmental, administrative and public law department. He regularly represents industrial and commercial entities, political subdivisions, and individuals including landowners in litigation, compliance, enforcement, permitting, licensing, and due diligence matters. He has particular experience in matters involving groundwater management and regulatory litigation involving contaminated property, environmental permitting, and transmission line routing. He has also guided clients through Texas’ brownfields redevelopment programs.
Mr. Miller currently serves as Vice Chair of the Water Laws Committee of the Texas Water Conservation Association (TWCA). He also serves as a member of TWCA's Groundwater Issues Committee. Mr. Miller also serves as course director for the State Bar of Texas' Changing Face of Water Rights (Advanced Water Rights Course and Water Rights 101) for 2011 and 2012.
