Jack T. Chapman is Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Department. Mr. Chapman has more than 35 years experience in El Paso's legal and business communities, and has extensive experience representing clients in corporate business transactions. In addition, Mr. Chapman has practical business experience in corporate investments, management, and restructuring. His areas of practice include finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Chapman served as Managing Partner for seven years.
