Kerith R. Timmons is of counsel to Kemp Smith. She is a native of Fort Davis, Texas. She received a B.S. in Animal Science, cum laude, from Sul Ross State University in 1996. She graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001. Her practice primarily involves estate planning, probate and trust matters.
Ms. Timmons is a member of the El Paso Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and El Paso Estate Planning Council. She is a former director and officer of the El Paso Estate Planning Council and served as its President during 2008-2009. She also served as a director and officer of the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce for 2009-2010.
