Mitzi Shannon is a partner in the firm's Trial Department. Ms. Shannon’s focus has been on commercial litigation involving construction, contracts, civil rights defense litigation, environmental matters, class actions, lender liability matters and government contracting issues. She has participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations as part of alternative dispute resolution, and has represented clients both in state and federal court.
