Areas of Practice

Terry L. Johnson is a partner in the firm's Business Department focusing his practice in real estate since 1982.  Prior to that, he clerked for the New Mexico Supreme Court (1971-72) then practiced law in Anchorage, Alaska until 1982.  Mr. Johnson is board certified in commercial real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the bar in Texas, New Mexico and Alaska. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of real estate law.

Mr. Johnson is past chairman fo the audit committee and currently active as a board member and governance committee of The NMSU Foundation.
