Areas of Practice

Valerie Auger is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on healthcare liability claims and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Kemp Smith, Ms. Auger served with the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Frank Montalvo.

Ms. Auger received a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University, Master of Arts from the College of William and Mary in 2003, and J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2008.
