Charles High, Jr. Areas of Practice Charles C. High, Jr. is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of the firm. Mr. High represents employers exclusively in all aspects of labor and employment law, including MSHA, OSHA, the development of employment policies and practices to reduce the risk of litigation, employee handbooks, wage and hours issues, discrimination claims based on sex, race, national origin, disability, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge for filing a workers’ compensation claim, reasonable accommodation under the ADA, employer and employee rights under FMLA, defamation, privacy, maintaining nonunion status, union organizing campaigns, union contract negotiations, EEOC, and affirmative action obligations.
