Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Howard served two years as a Judicial Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, El Paso. He also served as President of the El Paso Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for one year, and as President-Elect for two years. Mr. Howard currently serves on the Board of Directors of the El Paso Bar Association and the Child Crisis Center.
