Hunter W. Burkhalter Areas of Practice Hunter W. Burkhalter is a partner in the Environmental, Administrative and Public Law Department of the firm and practices in the firm's Austin, Texas office. He devotes a large portion of his practice to administrative law matters. Before changing his focus to environmental law, Mr. Burkhalter spent over three years in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, and products liability.
