Professional and Civic Involvement
 | Currently Mr. Padalino serves as Vice Chair of the State Bar of Texas standing committee on Law Focused Education, is Treasurer of the board of directors of AVANCE-El Paso, and is President of the Unitarian Universalist Community of El Paso. While in law school, he served as the Lead State Constitutional Law Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and participated in the Rutgers School of Law Marshall-Brennan Fellowship Program.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Padalino worked in the area of water/wastewater treatment and held certifications from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission in groundwater production, wastewater treatment and water distribution.
