Jorge Villegas Areas of Practice Jorge Villegas is an associate in the firm’s business department. Mr. Villegas provides business counseling and tax planning advice to business entities and individuals with respect to various business transactions, including formations, corporate governance, reorganizations, conversions, stock/asset sales and acquisitions, mergers, and liquidations. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Villegas worked as an auditor for a national public accounting firm, as a business analyst for an SEC registrant, and as a controller for a local service provider. Mr. Villegas has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 1996.
