Carl Ryan’s practice principally involves estate planning, probate and trust matters, as well as exempt organizations, foundations and related charitable issues. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Academy of Probate and Trust Lawyers, the El Paso Probate Bar Association, the El Paso Estate Planning Council and the El Paso Bar Association.
