obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of Carlsbad Medical Center in a medical malpractice/wrongful death case tried in the Eddy County, New Mexico District Court. Plaintiff alleged Carlsbad Medical Center and its employees failed to timely obtain and administer antibiotic medication, which allegedly lead to the death of a 68 year old woman. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of Carlsbad Medical Center after less than an hour of deliberations.
