has joined Kemp Smith as an associate in their Business Department. Ms. Barahona has a JD from SUNY Buffalo Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Southern Methodist University. Prior to Kemp Smith she served as a Legal Clerk for Ryan & Sanders, LLP. Ms. Barahona is a member of the El Paso Bar Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association
