Ms. Arnold is an associate in the firm's Environmental, Administrative and Public Law Department concentrating in environmental and water issues. Prior to joining Kemp Smith, Ms. Arnold was a senior environmental coordinator for the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin where she spent over seven years assisting the agency with various environmental compliance matters including the development and implementation of an ISO-based Environmental Management System. Prior to this she worked as an environmental consultant performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Professional and Civic Involvement
While attending Vermont Law School, Ms. Arnold was a staff editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and was a student clinician in the Environmental and Natural Resources Clinic where she assisted with complex environmental litigation. Ms. Arnold is currently an editor for the ABA Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee's quarterly newsletter.
