Overview

Rachel C. Moreno is a partner in the firm's Trial Department. The focus of her practice is commercial litigation and appeals. Ms. Moreno previously worked for the firm from 2012 to 2019 representing clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and commercial disputes. She then served as the senior staff attorney to Chief Justice Yvonne Rodriguez at the Eighth Court of Appeals in El Paso, Texas.


Ms. Moreno was selected for inclusion in 2017, 2018, and 2019 "Texas Rising Stars" by the publisher Thomson Reuters.
