Kemp Smith is pleased to announce Ancel Escobar has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s trial department. He attended the University of Houston where he earned his B.S. in Economics and Baylor University School of Law.
His experience has focused on the representation of diverse entities and individuals in various matters including the prosecution and defense of commercial claims and the defense of FELA, product liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death suits. Mr. Escobar has also assisted various national entities in pre-litigation investigation of serious potential claims.
