Antonio “Tony” Castillo is an associate in the firm's Business Department. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, federal and state tax, international tax, and estate planning.
Tony has substantial experience in international tax compliance, international estate planning, and domestic and international corporate structuring. Tony has represented individuals and businesses before the IRS on a variety of matters including international delinquent returns and FBAR compliance, employment tax audits, and federal excise tax registration and compliance.
Tony is a native El Pasoan and fluent in Spanish. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law.
