Victoria del Campo is an associate in the firm’s labor and employment department. Victoria counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She regularly defends employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues.
Victoria also provides advice and counseling to clients to assist them in taking proactive steps to avoid litigation. She has experience reviewing handbooks and other employment-related policies, as well as counseling employers on pre-employment testing, leave of absence management, and reductions in force.
Victoria is a native of El Paso and attended the University of Texas El Paso where she earned her B.A. in Business Finance in 2009. Victoria then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She also completed the labor and employment concentration, graduating with honors, and served as a legal extern to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
