Kemp Smith Welcomes Summer Law Clerk Daniel Jaso

Daniel was born and raised in El Paso and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is currently a rising 3L at Texas Tech University School of Law where he serves on the board of the Investment and Finance Law Association. He will receive a Texas Tech Law Pro Bono Achievement Award for his public service to the Lubbock community during his law school career. His primary interests are Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Corporate and Business Law.
