Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce the election of Kathryn Brack Morrow as the firm’s newest partner in the Litigation Department. Ms. Morrow maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, with a particular interest in professional malpractice defense, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation and environmental/land use litigation. She has successfully defended clients before federal and state district and appellate courts, as well as administrative tribunals.

Ms. Morrow received her Bachelors and Masters of Arts from New Mexico State University and is a graduate from Baylor School of Law.

Kathryn currently sits on the Board of Directors for El Paso Pro Musica and La Casa. She serves as Secretary for the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. She is a graduate of the 2015 Leadership Las Cruces class.
