Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce that Scott W. Kendall has joined the firm as an associate in the Labor and Employment Department.
Scott has represented employers in litigated employment matters in state and federal courts on a wide variety of issues, including claims concerning compensation, hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation; wage and hour disputes and collective actions; and breach of contract cases.
Scott received his B.S. in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude. While practicing in Houston, Scott served as an Ambassador for the Houston Bar Association and as co-chair for the Houston Bar Association’s LegalLine program.
