Mr. High is dedicated to the progress of education and employment in the El Paso community. He has served in key leadership roles at the Upper Rio Grande Workforce Development Board of Directors and is past chair of its Oversight and Evaluation Committee. He has also been active in the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce where he is the past Chair of the Workforce & Education Division and Education Committee.
