Daniel Jaso is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Business department. Daniel was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. Daniel then earned his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
During law school, Daniel served on the board of the Investment and Finance Law Association and received the Texas Tech Law Pro Bono Achievement Award for his public service to the Lubbock community. Daniel also received the Distinction Award for Academic Achievement for his writings on corporate restructuring, capital punishment, and the First Amendment.
