David M. Mirazo

A seasoned first-chair trial lawyer, Mr. Mirazo has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and individuals in securing and defending multimillion-dollar claims.

His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes, including high-stakes breach of contract, cross-border and international litigation, fraud and tortious interference, partnership and shareholder matters, commercial construction and real estate disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and insurance coverage claims.
Mr. Mirazo has developed particular expertise in U.S.–Mexico cross-border litigation and other international matters involving companies based in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He also advises foreign businesses on strategic considerations related to U.S. market entry, transactions, and expansion.

Recognized consistently by Texas Super Lawyers since 2013, Mr. Mirazo has been honored as one of the state’s top attorneys in consumer law, business litigation, and business and corporate law. He is board certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Mirazo played collegiate football at the University of Texas at El Paso and later at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also earned his law degree.

An active member of the legal community, he has served on the boards of the El Paso Young Lawyers Association, the El Paso Bar Association, and the El Paso Bar Foundation.

Outside of his legal work, Mr. Mirazo is especially proud of founding, leading, and coaching a youth football league in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico—an initiative dedicated to teaching young men life skills and providing a safe, structured environment through organized sports.
