Eddie Moreno

Eddie Moreno is a partner and serves as chair of the Corporate and Business department. Eddie’s practice primarily consists of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate governance.

Eddie received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso, is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law and served in the U.S. Army prior to joining Kemp Smith.
