Jared D. Ledesma

Jared D. Ledesma is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Business Department. The focus of his practice is estate planning, corporate and business transactions, and tax matters, with an emphasis on S corporations, partnerships, closely held businesses, and cross-border transactions.

Jared was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and earned his B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from The University of Texas at El Paso in May 2021, where he was also a member of the university’s NCAA Division I Track and Field program.

Jared earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2025, where he was a member of the Tax Law Society and the Order of the Barons Honor Society. He later earned an LL.M. in Taxation, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2026, where he was a member of the Tax Law Society. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in May 2026.
