Kemp Smith is pleased to announce the election of George R. Kennedy as a partner in the Corporate and Business department. George practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary litigation. George is licensed in New Mexico and Texas.
George received his B.S. in History and a minor in Classical Studies, cum laude from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.
George currently serves as a Professional Advisor to the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico’s Annual Estate Planning Institute.
