Kemp Smith Law is pleased to announce the election of Sergio M. Estrada as the newest partner in the firm’s Trial Department. Sergio’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, and other general litigation matters. Sergio counsels clients at all stages of the litigation process, and has successfully tried jury trials and obtained verdicts in favor of his clients. He is also experienced in governmental affairs and represents local and regional governmental bodies and assists clients in their interactions with governmental bodies in both litigation and administrative matters.
Sergio received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the UTEP Alumni Association and the El Paso Christian Women’s Job Corp. He is a member of Progress 321, El Paso County Law Library Committee and recent graduate of Leadership El Paso class 42.
