Kemp Smith is pleased to announce Ashleigh A. Wootton has joined the firm’s Trial Department in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Ashleigh's practice focuses on complex litigation, employment, governmental entity representation and civil rights. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association and works in both state and federal cases. Ashleigh served as President of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Student Chapter throughout 2022–2025. She was honored in 2022 when she was officially named as a Pat Tillman Scholar. Ashleigh has served in AmeriCorps and Big Brothers Big Sisters and frequently volunteers her time serving the local community, to include human trafficking shelters.
