Kemp Smith is pleased to announce Blade M. Allen has joined the firm’s Trial Department in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Blade's practice focuses on civil rights litigation and government liability. Since entering practice, he has represented government entities, public employees, private companies, and national insurance carriers in complex litigation involving constitutional claims, tort liability, and high-exposure civil disputes. Blade has successfully managed matters from initial investigation and case strategy through discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal. He has advocated for clients in both state and federal courts in New Mexico and Texas. In addition to his courtroom and litigation experience, Blade has participated in several jury trials and understands the strategic demands of presenting and defending cases before both judges and juries.
