He represents clients in Texas and New Mexico in commercial, business, corporate, and real estate litigation, including fraud and fiduciary duty litigation, shareholder derivative suits, business torts litigation, consumer and deceptive trade practices litigation, and commercial collections, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.
Born in Mexico City, Mr. Mirazo has a unique insight into Mexican business culture and the intricacies of its legal system. He has the keen ability to assist both Mexican and U.S. clients in cross-border litigation matters in federal and state courts, resolving matters quickly and efficiently. He also provides strategy and counseling to Mexican nationals and companies on their business transactions in the United States.
David attended Austin High School, where he earned a scholarship to play football at the University of Texas at El Paso. He then continued to play football for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Tarheels while attending law school.
