Kemp Smith is pleased to announce George Kennedy has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Business department in Las Cruces, NM. George will focus his practice on estate planning and probate matters.
He attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA where he earned his B.A. in history cum laude and minored in classical studies. George attended Wake Forest University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient.
Prior to joining Kemp Smith, George worked at a estate planning law firm in Las Cruces, NM. He currently serves as a Professional Advisor to the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico’s Annual Estate Planning Institute.
