Sebastian Nunez

Sebastian Nunez is a partner in the firm's Trial Department. Sebastian has extensive experience first-chairing jury trials to verdict in state trial courts and has also handled litigation in federal trial courts and Texas appellate courts. Sebastian applies his strong advocacy background in a variety of settings, including in jury trials, taking and defending over 100 depositions of expert witnesses, fact witnesses, and corporate representatives. Sebastian focuses his practice on defending manufacturers across different industries in product liability litigation. These industries include the automotive, industrial equipment and medical device in cases involving a wide range of complex claims, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
